I had taken the HDFC Home Loan. Hdfc PLR (Prime Lending Rate) is 13.75 %. My present floating rate applicable is 13.75% - 3.25% = 10.5 % if i pay the extra processing fee of 29203 Rs then my interest will decrease to 13.75% - 5% = 8.75 %. Please give me suggestion that whether i should go for this offer. I think it is good.
